Because many of our products are custom-made, production times may vary based on the size, complexity, and requirements of each order. Estimated production and shipping timelines will be communicated during the ordering process.

Once an order has been completed and shipped, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information, when available.

MuRae Print Works™ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time an order is placed. MuRae Print Works™ is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.

If a shipment arrives damaged, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly and notify MuRae Print Works™ within five (5) business days of delivery.
