All designs, artwork, mockups, images, and product examples displayed on this website are for demonstration and portfolio purposes unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for obtaining proper permissions, licenses, and rights for any logos, trademarks, copyrighted materials, images, or content submitted for production. By submitting artwork or content, customers represent and warrant that they have the legal authority to use such materials.

MuRae Print Works™ reserves the right to refuse any order that violates copyright laws, trademark laws, intellectual property rights, or applicable local, state, or federal laws.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, services, or materials.

All services, products, pricing, and policies are subject to change without notice.

Refund Policy - the basics

What to include in the Refund Policy

ORDER, DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of seventy percent (70%) of the total project cost before production, design work, sourcing, or order processing begins.

Customers may cancel an order within twenty-four (24) hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through an approved communication method provided by MuRae Print Works™.

After the 24-hour cancellation period has expired, deposits become non-refundable and non-transferable due to the time, labor, design work, materials sourcing, and production preparation associated with custom orders.

Any remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipment, delivery, or release of products unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Because many products and services offered by MuRae Print Works™ are custom-made, personalized, or produced specifically for the customer, completed orders are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an error is determined to have been made by MuRae Print Works™.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, artwork, spelling, quantities, colors, and specifications before production begins. Approval of a proof constitutes acceptance of all design and production details.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At MuRae Print Works™, many of our products are custom-made, personalized, printed, embroidered, or produced specifically for each customer. Due to the customized nature of our services and products, all sales are generally considered final.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges:

• Custom apparel
• Embroidered products
• Printed products
• Custom signage
• Banners
• Yard signs
• Promotional materials
• Graphic design services
• Logo design services
• Marketing materials
• Personalized products
• Custom orders of any kind

PROOF APPROVAL RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs, artwork, spelling, grammar, sizing, colors, quantities, and specifications before providing final approval.

Once a proof has been approved and production has begun, MuRae Print Works™ is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.

PRODUCTION VARIATIONS

Customers acknowledge that slight variations may occur in:

• Print placement
• Garment sizing
• Thread colors
• Ink colors
• Material textures
• Product dimensions
• Monitor-to-print color appearance

These variations are considered normal within the printing and promotional products industry and do not qualify as defects.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If a product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, customers must notify MuRae Print Works™ within five (5) business days of delivery.

Photos of the damaged product, packaging, and any relevant details may be required before a claim can be reviewed.

If a claim is approved, MuRae Print Works™ may choose to:

• Replace the product
• Repair the product
• Provide store credit
• Issue a partial or full refund at its sole discretion

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers may cancel an order within twenty-four (24) hours of placing the order.

After the cancellation period expires, all deposits become non-refundable and non-transferable.

DESIGN SERVICES

Fees paid for graphic design, logo development, branding consultations, creative services, and design labor are non-refundable once work has commenced.

RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS

MuRae Print Works™ reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, exchanges, or claims that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
